Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um eine gelungene Verknüpfung zur Praxis herzustellen, werden in diesem Kapitel vier Beispiele aus der Praxis dargestellt. Neben der theoretischen Herleitung erscheint es wichtig, auch Unternehmen in den Blick zu nehmen, die bereits seit längerem eine Stärkenorientierung erfolgreich umsetzen. Die Auswahl der Beispiele erfolgte nach dem Wunsch, Fälle aus unterschiedlichen Ländern, Sektoren sowie Unternehmensgrößen hinzuzuziehen. Wie in diesem Abschnitt deutlich wird, gibt es zwischen den ausgesuchten Cases Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede. Die Unternehmen kommen aus Deutschland, Niederlande, Österreich und der Schweiz und nehmen Bezug zum Bankensektor, Sozialsektor und Ingenieursektor. Sie bieten einige Impulse für andere Organisationen.
