Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zu einer These gibt es eine Antithese. Einem Tag folgt eine Nacht. Gesundheit kann zu Krankheit werden und umgekehrt. Die Phasen im Leben wechseln sich ab wie die Sichtbarkeit des Mondes am Nachthimmel. Mal stehen wir im Licht, mal im Schatten einer Krise. Mit dieser Bipolarität gilt es gelassen umzugehen, zu erkennen, dass sie gleich-gültig ist. Wir entscheiden, in welche Richtung wir gehen. Wir sind verantwortlich, den Weg zu ändern, wenn er uns in einen schlechten Stress führt. Wer das Gesetz der Bipolarität als natürlichen Teil des Seins versteht, wird stabiler bleiben und fähig sein, sich selbst zu schützen.
