Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG) schafft eine neue Rechtsmaterie, die auch in publizistischer Hinsicht Neuland darstellt. Die in der vorliegenden Publikation dargestellten Themen werden in Zukunft durch die Rechtsprechung und vertrags- bzw. verwaltungsrechtliche Praxis eine Konkretisierung erfahren. Hierbei werden sich branchen- und länderspezifische Besonderheiten herausbilden.
