Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Familiencharta markiert zugleich Ende und Anfang der Familienstrategie. Sie ist die Gründungsurkunde, die einer neuen Ära der Zusammenarbeit in einer Unternehmerfamilie den Rahmen liefert. Die Charta steht am Ende des angeleiteten Prozesses der Familienstrategie und am Anfang der von der Familie eigenständig praktizierten Family Governance. Sie bildet das Bollwerk einer Unternehmerfamilie gegen die Entfremdung, sie erhält den Familienmitgliedern das Bewusstsein eines gemeinsamen Interesses, sie ersetzt Willkür durch geordnete Verfahren, sie schafft Planungssicherheit und stärkt den Zusammenhalt.
