Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zusammenarbeit ist ein wesentliches Merkmal menschlicher Interaktion im privaten, sozialen, gesellschaftlichen und wirtschaftlichen Umfeld. Die Digitalisierung schafft neue Möglichkeiten der Zusammenarbeit, sie unterstützt vorhandene und schafft neue Formen der Zusammenarbeit und ist somit Teil der digitalen Transformation in Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft. Der Beitrag beleuchtet zunächst unterschiedliche, grundsätzliche Ausprägungen digitalgestützter Zusammenarbeit. Anschließend wird die digitalgestützte Zusammenarbeit aus verschiedenen domänenspezifischen Perspektiven anhand von vier Leitfragen betrachtet: konkrete Entwicklungen, Beispiele und Herausforderungen digitalgestützter Zusammenarbeit in der jeweiligen Domäne. Abschließend wird eine Agenda für die weitere Entwicklung digitalgestützter Zusammenarbeit abgeleitet, die sich an Führungskräfte und Schlüsselpersonen im digitalen Transformationsprozess wendet.
