Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die durch Digitalisierung ermöglichte hybride Arbeitswelt führt zu einer weiteren Verteilung von Arbeitsorten, Arbeitsabläufen und Kommunikationen, was auch eine Herausforderung für berufliche Weiterbildung darstellt: Was bedeutet dies für das bisherige Verständnis von Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen, wie verändert sich Lernen durch Digitalisierung und wie transformiert sich die Funktion des Corporate Learning? Wie werden sich zukünftig Karrierewege verändern und welche Schlüsse sollten Unternehmen und Personalverantwortliche daraus ziehen? Wir zeigen Entwicklungen auf und geben Hinweise zur künftigen Ausrichtung des Corporate Learning.
