Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Ära nach der Covid-19-Pandemie wird nicht mehr die gleiche sein wie vorher. Hybride Arbeitsmodelle sind salonfähig geworden. Erste Erfahrungen aus diesen verschiedenen Arbeitsformen liegen vor und zeigen auf, dass die bisherigen Annahmen, wie Wissensaustausch und Wissenstransfer im Berufsalltag optimal gelingen können, hinterfragt werden müssen. Zwar wird einem bewussten Umgang mit der Ressource Wissen innerhalb des Unternehmens noch immer attestiert, daraus Möglichkeiten zu einem Wettbewerbsvorteil zu schaffen. Jedoch bedürfen die Wissensmanagementkonzepte und insbesondere die Prozesse, wie Wissen ausgetauscht und transferiert werden und daraus wieder neues Wissen entstehen kann, adaptierter Vorgehensweisen in Unternehmen. Basierend auf diesen Erkenntnissen werden Thesen und Handlungsempfehlungen für den künftigen Umgang mit Wissen in Unternehmen abgeleitet.
