Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kap. 8 setzt die vorangegangenen Planungsschritte der Systemischen Methode Unternehmerischer Aktivitäten (S-E-A-M) in konkrete Zielstellungen um. Diese Ziele werden in fünf Bereiche kategorisiert: 1) Ziele bezüglich der Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten des Gründungsteams, 2) Ziele bezüglich der Entwicklung von Produkten und Dienstleistungen, 3) Marketing- und Vertriebsziele, 4) Nachhaltigkeitsziele, sowie 5) finanzielle Ziele. Zudem werden innerhalb der Kategorien drei Arten von Zielen unterschieden: Meilensteine, die innerhalb eines bestimmten Zeitrahmes erreicht werden, quantifizierbare Ziele wie das Einstellen einer bestimmten Anzahl von Mitarbeitern sowie finanzielle Ziele.
