Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kap. 5 befasst sich mit dem zweiten Schritt der Systemischen Methode Unternehmerischer Aktivitäten (S-E-A-M), der Identifikation von Ressourcen, die initial für den Start eines entrepreneurialen Projekts zur Verfügung stehen. Dabei werden vier Arten von Ressourcen unterschieden, nämlich 1) personelle Ressourcen wie das Gründungsteam oder erste Mitarbeiter, 2) physische Ressourcen wie Büroräume oder benötigte Werkzeuge, 3) vermarktbare Ressourcen wie bereits bestehende Produkte oder Dienstleistungen sowie 4) finanzielle Ressourcen wie das Startkapitel für das Projekt oder bereits bestehende Zahlungen für vermarktbare Ressourcen.
