Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Einführung des Obolus würde unser aktuelles Betriebsprüfungssystem auf den Kopf stellen. Auch wenn sich die Betriebsprüfer heutzutage intensiv der Prüfung der Betriebsausgaben widmen, können sie dies in Zukunft vernachlässigen, da Betriebsausgaben steuerlich keine wesentliche Bedeutung mehr zukommt. Dies hätte zwangsläufig eine Verkürzung der Prüfungszeit zur Folge und würde eine signifikante Erhöhung der Fallzahlen bewirken. Das Konfliktpotenzial, das von den Rechtsbehelfsstellen und den Finanzgerichten derzeit zu bewältigen ist, würde drastisch minimiert. Mit der Nachschau für Oboluszwecke – NOZ – sollen unterjährige Prüfungen des laufenden Geschäftsjahres ermöglicht werden.
