Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wer digital arbeiten will (oder muss), braucht vor allem Eines: Geld! Oder einen Arbeitgeber, der bereit ist, in eine vernünftige technische Grundausstattung zu investieren. Machen wir uns nichts vor: Selbst bei einer positiven Einstellung – also, wenn du dem Arbeiten von zu Hause aus positiv gegenüberstehst – wird es sehr schnell frustrierend, wenn dich die Technik ausbremst. Das wäre ebenso, wenn Lewis Hamilton in einem Fiat 500 beim Großen Preis von Deutschland am Hockenheimring antreten würde. In der gerade zitierten Studie der TU Darmstadt gaben immerhin 21 % der Befragten an, dass ihre technische Ausstattung im Homeoffice (vgl. Pfnür et al., 2021, S. 24 f.) nicht ausreichend sei.
