Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine der gravierenden Lücken von Industrie 4.0 ist die Schnittstelle Mensch zur Maschine bzw. zum Objekt. Funkgesteuerte elektronische Anzeigen, sogenannte Smart Labels, ersetzen einen Teil der Papierdokumentation z. B. für Kommissionier- und Montageaufträge. Die Zeiteinsparungen durch den Entfall des Druckens und des Verteilens der Papierdokumente sind beträchtlich. Durch die Wahl einer besonderen Funkfrequenz ist die Standzeit der Batterien der Smart Labels höher als fünf Jahre. Zudem kann die Position der Smart Labels durch Funkortung bestimmt werden, was auch zu spürbarer Zeitentlastung führt. Das Beispiel zeigt, wie die Herausforderungen bei einem Hersteller von hochwertigen Pinseln gelöst wurden.
