Denken in Wertschöpfungsnetzen und Zusammenarbeit in Ökosystemen am Beispiel von Maschinenlieferanten

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Produzierende Firmen verspüren insbesondere aufgrund der Digitalisierung zunehmend die Notwendigkeit zu einer firmenübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit in Wertschöpfungsnetzen. Oft wird in diesem Zusammenhang auch der Begriff Ökosystem benutzt. Dieses Denken in Wertschöpfungsnetzen wird in diesem Beitrag aus der Perspektive eines Maschinenlieferanten betrachtet und anhand unterschiedlicher Beispiele, die bereits im Markt beobachtbar sind, erläutert. Dieser Trend erfordert einerseits eine strategische Positionierung eines Maschinenlieferanten im Hinblick darauf, mit wem und in welcher Form er zukünftig firmenübergreifend zusammenarbeiten will. Andererseits erfordert dies auf der technischen Ebene eine firmeninterne Standardisierung der Informationsmodelle und Informationsflüsse über alle firmeninternen Wertschöpfungsprozesse hinweg, was wiederum eine geeignete technische Infrastruktur erfordert, die firmenintern aufgebaut und betrieben werden muss.
