Abstract

Zusammenfassung Vor dem Hintergrund einer nahezu inflationären Nutzung des Begriffs „Krise“ erscheint eine eindeutige Kennzeichnung gerade auch des Phänomens der Unternehmenskrise unabdingbar. Unter einer „Krise“ versteht die Wissenschaft im Allgemeinen die drohende Existenzgefährdung eines Individuums (z. B. Medizin und Psychologie), einer Organisation (z. B. Soziologie und Wirtschaftswissenschaften) oder eines Systems (z. B. Ökologie und Systemtheorie).
