Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird kurz auf das Opportunity-Management als das Gegenstück zum Risikomanagement eingegangen. Prozessual nutzt es die gleichen Werkzeuge wie das Risikomanagement. Im Gegensatz dazu handelt es sich jedoch um frei wählbare Maßnahmen, die für die Erreichung der ursprünglichen Ziele zunächst nicht notwendig sind, aber zu deren Übertreffung oder als Ersatz für identifizierte Projektrisiken zum Einsatz kommen können.
