Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bis zur Jahrtausendwende stellt sich die Situation im Mobilitätsbereich so dar, dass es viele Konzeptideen zu einer Verbesserung des Verkehrsflusses, zur Reduzierung des Umweltaufwandes durch eine Verringerung der Fahrleistung im Individualverkehr sowie für einen Modal-Shift zu umweltverträglicheren Verkehrsträgern gab, die Umsetzung allerdings anhand fehlender technologischer Möglichkeiten gescheitert ist.
