Abstract

Zusammenfassung Arbeitswege machen einen großen Anteil des Gesamtwegeaufkommens aus, welches sich vor allem zur Rush Hour als Verkehrspeak zeigt. Davon ausgehend, dass das Mobilitätsverhalten auf dem Weg zur Arbeitsstelle im Zusammenhang mit der Verkehrsmittelwahl in anderen Lebensbereichen steht, ergeben sich durch ein Mobilitätsmanagement von Unternehmen für seine Mitarbeitenden neue Ansätze zur Einflussnahme auf deren Mobilitätsverhalten insgesamt. Hinzu kommt, dass sich vor dem Hintergrund der durch die Pandemie induzierten Entwicklungen für viele Arbeitnehmende weitreichende Auswirkungen auf den Arbeitsalltag ergeben haben. Aus der fortschreitenden Digitalisierung der Arbeitswelt und dem damit einhergehenden größeren Anteil an Home-Office-Arbeitstagen sowie der Verlagerung von Dienstreisen in den virtuellen Raum ergeben sich neue Anforderungen und Herausforderungen an die Mobilität.
