Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein Grund für den bisherigen Erfolg der globalen Wertschöpfungsketten der Automobilindustrie liegt in deren Fähigkeit, Netzwerke aus einer Vielzahl von Unternehmen durch professionelles Supply-Chain-Management zu organisieren und zu führen. Die globale Vernetzung dieser Unternehmen hat auch die Risiken globalisiert und vernetzt: lokale Störereignisse können sich schnell zu globalen Störereignissen ausweiten, Störereignisse, die einzelne Unternehmen betreffen, können schnell alle Unternehmen in der gesamten Supply Chain betreffen. Risiken und Ungewissheit in den globalen vernetzten Supply Chains der Automobilindustrie werden weiter an Bedeutung gewinnen.
