Abstract

Zusammenfassung Natürlich lassen sich nur schwerlich allgemeingültige Empfehlungen an die Ausgestaltung eines Supply Chain Controllings ableiten. Letztendlich entscheiden darüber unternehmensspezifische Kriterien wie Branchenzugehörigkeit oder Größe. Dennoch sollte ein Supply Chain Controlling ausgewogen sein, um Trade-off-Effekte zu vermeiden. Ein modernes Supply Chain Controlling bildet alle relevanten Wettbewerbsfaktoren ab: Neben dem klassische Kostenbezug richtet es sich auf die Schlüsselgrößen Zeit, Qualität, Agilität, Service, Information, Innovation und Nachhaltigkeit aus. Natürlich kann eine dieser Zielgrößen temporär dominieren. Aber mittel- bis langfristig sind zur Vermeidung negativer Trade-offs (Dyssynergien) sämtliche Schlüsselgrößen im Supply-Chain-Controlling zu berücksichtigen (vgl. Werner 2011, S. 606).
