Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Supply Chain Management ist seit geraumer Zeit allgegenwärtig. Immer mehr Organisationen versuchen, die zum Teil immensen Kostensenkungspotenziale zu heben, welche in den internen Schnittstellen und den Netzwerken kooperierender Partner schlummern. Dieses Buch nimmt sich der Frage an, wie durch die Ausgestaltung eines zeitgemäßen Supply Chain Controllings diese Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten konkret auszuschöpfen sind. Das vornehmliche Lernziel besteht darin, das Wesen und die Bedeutung des Supply Chain Controllings aufzuzeigen.
