Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel befasst sich mit beruflichen Netzwerken und dem großen Mehrwert, den dieser Aspekt für die eigene Karriere haben kann. Dabei wird darauf eingegangen, was Netzwerken im Detail bedeutet, wie man am besten Kontakte knüpft und was es dabei zu beachten gibt. Eine ganz besondere Bedeutung kommt in diesem Zusammenhang Mentoren zu. Diese Juwelen werden in diesem Abschnitt ebenfalls genauer betrachtet.
