Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Arbeit im Team und der richtige Umgang mit Kollegen und dem Vorgesetzten ist ein wichtiger Faktor angesichts des erfolgreichen Karrierestarts. Dieses Kapitel befasst sich unter anderem mit dem so wichtigen menschlichen Aspekt, der auch in der professionellen Berufswelt eine entscheidende Rolle spielt. Probleme in der zwischenmenschlichen Kommunikation können sich negativ auf die fachliche Ebene und die Arbeitsergebnisse auswirken. Aus diesem Grund gibt dieser Abschnitt konkrete Tipps für eine bessere Zusammenarbeit mit den Teamkollegen und dem Chef.
