Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bereits beim Berufseinstieg sollte man sich über seine beruflichen Ziele und die Karriereplanung Gedanken machen, auch wenn sich diese im Laufe der Karriere naturgemäß noch ändern können. Dieser Abschnitt befasst sich zunächst allgemein mit Zielen und Entscheidungen. Dabei werden beispielhaft verschiedene Karrierewege und Laufbahnen aufgezeigt, die als Inspiration für die eigene Planung dienen können. Im Fokus steht hierbei eine Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung, anhand derer es jedem gelingen kann, einen persönlichen Karriereplan zu erstellen und darin Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der eigenen beruflichen Ziele festzuhalten. Wohl wissend, dass eine gewisse Flexibilität und Anpassungsfähigkeit angesichts sich verändernder Umstände Grundvoraussetzung für den Erfolg sind.
