Abstract

Zusammenfassung Patienten- und Forschungsdaten sind über verschiedene rechnerunterstützte Anwendungssysteme verteilt und werden mit diversen medizinischen Geräten generiert. Teilweise liegen die Daten, Bilder und Signale aber auch noch papier- oder filmbasiert vor. Um das Wissen dieser Systeme nutzen zu können, ist eine Zusammenführung und Harmonisierung der Daten notwendig. Nachfolgend wird gezeigt, wie Daten klinischer Informationssysteme in das Forschungsdatenmanagement integriert und in Pandemie-Zeiten durch IT unterstützt werden können. Beide Anwendungsfälle sind Beispiele für künftige Wissensgenerierungen u. a. zur Weiterentwicklung von Diagnostik, Prävention und Behandlung von Krankheiten.
