Abstract

Zusammenfassung 80 % aller IT-Projekte scheitern, da sie ausschließlich aus der Sicht der Technik angegangen werden. Zwei weitere Perspektiven werden unterschätzt: Die Prozesse und die Mitarbeiter geben den Takt der IT-Einführung vor und bilden zentrale Erfolgsfaktoren. Die Technologiepartner haben insbesondere in Zeiten der Vollauslastung das Ziel, ihren Produkt- oder Modulstandard durchzusetzen. Dabei gehen die Prozesssicht und die Berücksichtigung des Reifegrades der Organisation verloren. Zusätzlich bieten insbesondere die Anbieter im oligopolistischen Markt nicht mehr den Stand der Technik. Die Softwarearchitekturen und auch die Ergonomie (Usability) entsprechen nicht den heutigen Möglichkeiten. Im Artikel wird dargestellt, wie sich die Kernprozesse des Krankenhauses mit dem Einsatz moderner Technologien verändern und wie der optimale IT-Einführungsprozess gesteuert wird. Das Hauptziel dabei ist, rentable Prozesse in einem Krankenhaus zu etablieren.
