Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die klinischen Prozesse rund um die Privatliquidation befinden sich im Umbruch. Von 1927 bis 2015 erfolgte die stationäre Abrechnung durch externe Abrechnungsdienstleister im Wesentlichen auf Basis von Papierdokumentationen. Im Zuge der Anpassung der Prüfverfahrensverordnung gerieten die Kliniken zunehmend unter Druck, die Kommunikation mit dem Medizinischen Dienst digital durchzuführen. Die damit angetriebene umfängliche Digitalisierung der medizinischen Dokumentation wirkt sich zunehmend auch auf die Prozesse in der Privatliquidation aus. Über notwendige Provisorien entwickelten sich im Zusammenspiel von Akteuren der Gesundheitswirtschaft Best-Practices zum Aktenhandling. Auf dieser Grundlage ergeben sich für Kliniken ideale technische Grundlagen für Lösungen, die eine leistungsgerechte Privatliquidation datengetrieben unterstützen.
