Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die zielgerichtete digitale Kommunikation zwischen unterschiedlichen Akteuren des Gesundheitswesens sowie die Bereitstellung elektronischer Gesundheitsinformationen von Versicherten stellen zentrale Aspekte einer bürokratiearmen und patientenorientierten Gesundheitsversorgung dar. Mit dem Gesetz für bessere und unabhängigere Prüfungen (MDK-Reformgesetz) wird zwischen Krankenhäusern und Medizinischen Diensten der digitale, zweckgebundene Informationsaustausch gesetzlich verankert. Eine sichere, pragmatische und nachhaltige Möglichkeit des Informationsaustausches ist erforderlich, um ressourcenschonend und zweckgebunden die Anforderungen des Informationsaustausches zu realisieren. Dazu bedarf es jedoch der Festlegung bestimmter Eckpunkte. Krankenhäuser und Medizinische Dienste werden auch zukünftig die Potenziale eines digitalen Informationsaustausches nutzen und die Inhalte weiter ausbauen, um die zunehmend wachsende Bürokratie zu reduzieren.
