Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die MD-IT GmbH (vormals MDK-IT GmbH) ist ein Gemeinschaftsunternehmen der insgesamt 15 Medizinischen Dienste und des Medizinischen Dienstes Bund. Sie hat den Auftrag, eine gemeinsame und zukunftssichere Branchensoftware auf Basis konsentierter Geschäftsprozesse zu entwickeln und zu implementieren: Mit der Branchensoftware MDconnect lösen die Medizinischen Dienste ihre bisherigen sechs individuellen Systeme ab und nutzen einen einheitlichen Standard für ihre Begutachtungsprozesse. Die MD-IT GmbH vernetzt die Welt der Medizinischen Dienste nicht nur nach innen, sondern auch nach außen. Hierzu betreibt sie elektronische Portale zum Austausch von Daten zwischen Medizinischen Diensten und weiteren Akteuren des Gesundheitswesens. Das Leistungserbringer-Portal ist hierbei die Plattform für den Datenaustausch zwischen Medizinischen Diensten und Krankenhäusern.
