Abstract

Zusammenfassung Am Umsetzungsbeispiel einer IHE basierten Patientenakte mit externer Langzeitarchivierung des Klinikums Saarbrücken, erhalten Sie einen Einblick in die Auswahlkriterien und die praktische Umsetzung des Lösungskonzeptes. Das Lösungskonzept wurde auf Basis praktischer Erfahrungen mit vergleichbaren Problemstellungen und Lösungsansätzen aufgebaut sowie in Expertenrunden (Entscheiderfabrik) mit erfahrenen Beratern und Partnern aus der Industrie erarbeitet. Das Konzept ist generisch und kann auch in anderen Kliniken angewandt werden. Ein besonderes Augenmerk in diesem Kapitel gilt den Themen Informationssicherheit, Compliance und Datenkompetenz. Wir geben Ihnen Anregungen, auf Basis unserer Erfahrungen, wie Sie Ihr Projekt angehen können. Was gut funktioniert hat und an welchen Stellen das Konzept in der Praxis angepasst werden musste. Empfehlungen und der Ausblick runden das Kapitel ab.
