Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eines der Hauptprobleme bei der Untersuchung der Gerechtigkeit bestand bisher darin, dass unterschiedliche Autoren über verschiedene Aspekte von Gerechtigkeit geschrieben haben – einige über den Inhalt von Gerechtigkeitsnormen, andere über ihre politische Durchsetzung usw. Es wirkt dann so, als hätten sie verschiedene Vorstellungen von Gerechtigkeit. Ein Vorteil des in Kap. 7 beschriebenen Modells von Gerechtigkeit liegt darin, dass es verschiedene Theorien verorten und integrieren kann. So zeigt sich, dass Aristoteles und Rawls zwar über die Gerechtigkeit verschiedene Aussagen machen, die sich aber gar nicht widersprechen, weil sie einfach verschiedene Aspekte derselben Gerechtigkeit behandeln. In diesem Kapitel werden daher einige wichtige Gerechtigkeitstheorien mithilfe des Modells verglichen.
