Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Teil des Buches geht es um die Frage, ob und, wenn ja, wie man „Gerechtigkeit“ so präzise beschreiben kann, dass sich damit wichtige wirtschaftliche (und andere) Fragen klären lassen, z. B. der Art: Kann man aus einem allgemeinen Gerechtigkeitsprinzip erkennen, inwiefern die gegenwärtige Güterverteilung geändert werden muss? Dazu wird zunächst die eigentliche Herausforderung skizziert: Weil der Gerechtigkeitsbegriff bisher unterschiedlich verstanden wird, schließt die Mehrzahl der Autoren, dass man aus diesem Durcheinander keine praktischen Konsequenzen gewinnen könne.
