Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im letzten Teil des Buches soll an einigen Beispielen gezeigt werden, wie man die bisher erreichten Ergebnisse zum Gerechtigkeitsempfinden fruchtbar macht, d. h. auf praktische Probleme anwendet. Viele solcher Probleme lassen sich mit den Grundprinzipien der Gerechtigkeit erstaunlich einfach lösen. – Kap. 10 geht auf den Begriff der Gerechtigkeit selbst ein; danach folgen einige typische Probleme.
