Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wandel ist ein charakteristisches Merkmal für die Medienbranche und insbesondere für das Medienmanagement. Viele Methoden für Change Management finden auch Anwendung in Medienunternehmen, die damit das Ziel der strategischen Erneuerung verfolgen. Doch obwohl der Aspekt der Transformation im Mediensektor von substanzieller Bedeutung ist, wurden Minderheitsbeteiligungen von Medienunternehmen an Start-ups mithilfe von Corporate Venture Capital-Investments in der Vergangenheit zwar im Lichte des strategischen Wandels gesehen, jedoch nur selten als ein Ansatzpunkt für Change Management.
