Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ziel dieses Kapitels ist es, ein Selbstverständnis für das Vertriebscontrolling zu entwickeln. Ein kleiner Ausflug zu den Fundamenten der Organisationstheorie soll helfen, die Rolle und damit auch den „Arbeitsauftrag“ für das Vertriebscontrolling festzulegen. Fast schon nebenbei fällt bei dieser Betrachtung eine Art generelles Anforderungsprofil ab: Wie muss ein Vertriebscontroller „ticken“, damit er ein bestmögliches Ergebnis abliefert?
