Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Wendepunkt für alle Unternehmen und Mitarbeiter in der westlichen Welt war definitiv der 15. März 2020. Ich erinnere mich ganz genau an diesen Tag, denn ich hatte eines meiner letzten Präsenzseminare in Stuttgart, als die Meldung über den Lockdown kam und unser privates und berufliches Leben auf einmal auf den Kopf stellte.
