Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Buch soll mehr Frauen motivieren, zu gründen, durchzuhalten und das Beste daraus zu machen! Wir wollen auf Grundlage unserer eigenen unternehmerischen Erfahrungen und des Know-hows von erfahrenen Gründer:innen, Investor:innen und Expert:innen Mut machen, den Schritt ins Unternehmertum zu wagen. Wir stellen die wichtigsten Studien vor, die belegen, dass wir auch in der Gründer-Szene mehr Diversität brauchen. Der Frauen-Anteil liegt noch immer bei nur knapp 18 % der Startup-Gründungen, und weltweit gingen in den letzten Jahren lediglich 2–3,5 % des Wagniskapitals an weibliche Teams. Skurril, wenn man bedenkt, dass Studien belegen: Gründungsteams mit weiblicher Beteiligung sind nicht nur erfolgreicher, sondern erwirtschaften im Schnitt auch doppelt so viel Umsatz pro investiertem Dollar wie rein männliche Teams. Wir möchten mit unserem Buch dazu beitragen, dieses Ungleichgewicht zu beheben.
