Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der nachfolgende Debattenbeitrag über die Herausforderungen und die Chancen interner Beratung für die Polizei und in der Polizei fragt nach Gelingensvoraussetzungen einer prozessorientierten und systemischen Beratung für Subjekt und Organisation auf der Folie des sogenannten „Fall W-Stadt“. Die Perspektive ist hierbei durchgängig die der Praxis interner Beratung. Die Diskussion wird anhand zweier fiktiver – jedoch nicht frei erfundener – Praxisbeispiele geführt. Dabei ist der nun folgende Artikel zu den Themen Supervision und Coaching „aus dem Inneren der Organisation“ motiviert von der Überzeugung, dass eine interne Beratung für Person und Organisation mehr Chancen als Herausforderungen bietet.
