Abstract

Zusammenfassung Andreas Kreutzer blickt auf eine fast 40jährige Erfahrung als Richter zurück. Er war bis zu seiner Pensionierung im Jahr 2018 Vizepräsident des Landgerichtes Hannover, davor Vorsitzender Richter am Landgericht Braunschweig. Daneben führte er sechs Jahre lang den Niedersächsischen Richterbund als deren Vorsitzender. Im folgenden Interview betrachtet Andreas Kreutzer den Fall W-Stadt aus juristischer Sicht. Hierfür wurde ihm seitens der Staatsanwaltschaft Braunschweig Einsicht in die Strafakten gem. § 476 StPO gewährt.
