Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel werden rechtliche und administrative Aspekte von Betriebsvereinbarungen erörtert und Hinweise gegeben, wie man zu sinnvollen Betriebsvereinbarungen kommt. Es wird unterschieden zwischen Rahmenbetriebsvereinbarungen und Einzelvereinbarungen. Die Inhalte der Rahmenbetriebsvereinbarungen werden detailliert erläutert, und es werden Vorschläge für die Gestaltung gemacht, insbesondere auch für die Konfliktlösung. Um Konflikte von vornherein zu vermeiden und entstehende Konflikte schnell zu lösen, bietet sich eine Wirtschaftsmediation an. Auch diese wird vorgestellt und erläutert.
