Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel werden Erfolgsfaktoren und Durchführungsregeln für Zielvereinbarungsgespräche vorgestellt, von der Zielplanung über die Gesprächsvorbereitung und die Gesprächsdurchführung bis hin zur Bewertung der Zielerreichung, jeweils sowohl aus der Perspektive der Führungskraft als auch des Mitarbeiters. Ergänzt werden die Hinweise durch theoretische Grundlagen wie Feedback-Regeln, aktives Zuhören und die vier Seiten einer Nachricht. Außerdem finden sich Hinweise und Regeln zum Umgang mit Konflikten. Auch Teamziele werden detailliert erläutert. Ein ausführliches konkretes Beispiel für die Entwicklung eines Zielvereinbarungssystems illustriert die theoretischen Hintergründe und praktischen Tipps.
