Abstract

Zusammenfassung Jedes Unternehmen braucht eine Vision und langfristige Unternehmensziele. Die Unternehmensstrategie weist den Weg zu ihrer Erreichung. Sie werden heruntergebrochen auf die nachgelagerten Ebenen im Unternehmen, damit diese selbstständig ihren Beitrag zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele leisten. Ziele entwickeln eine Sogwirkung, die eine Kontrolle von Arbeitsabläufen überflüssig macht. Nur noch Ergebnisse zählen. Dies fördert Autonomie und Motivation der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter.
