Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die primäre Rechtsquelle des Konsularrechts ist das WÜK, das die konsularischen Beziehungen regelt. Unter konsularischen Beziehungen werden die Beziehungen bezeichnet, die zwischen zwei Staaten dadurch begründet werden, dass im gegenseitigen Einvernehmen Organe des einen Staates in dem Hoheitsgebiet des anderen Staates konsularische Aufgaben wahrnehmen (dürfen) (Hoffmann/Glietsch, Vorbem. zum 1. Abschnitt KonsG, Anm. 3).
