Abstract

Zusammenfassung Intelligente Produkte werden immer vernetzter und selbstständiger. Produkthaftung und -sicherheit nehmen für solche Produkte eine zentrale Bedeutung ein, da neue Technologien neue Risiken, aber auch neue Möglichkeiten der Gefahrsteuerung, mit sich bringen. Der Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, inwieweit eine digitale Produktbeobachtungspflicht für Smart Products im Jahr 2030 zu erwarten ist bzw. inwieweit eine solche Pflicht sich schon aus vorliegenden Regelungen oder Regelungstrends ableiten lässt.
