Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Bedarf an Weiterbildung wächst in der digitalen Transformation. Neue Konzepte und Technologien sind gefordert, um mit der Schnelligkeit des Entwicklungsbedarfs standhalten zu können. Der Erfolg der Weiterbildung wird in Zukunft durch die Lösung dreier Weiterbildungslücken bestimmt: Motivation, Kompetenz und Übertragung. Einen wichtigen Baustein dazu liefert die künstliche Intelligenz. Durch Learning Analytics, Personalised Learning, Task Automation und Smart Content können die aktuellen Herausforderungen der Weiterbildung bewältigt werden. Wichtige Debatten der künstlichen Intelligenz in der Weiterbildung werden künftig aber auch durch ethische Fragen (z. B. Diskriminierung) sowie Fragen zur Objektivierbarkeit menschlicher Entwicklung bestimmt.
