Abstract

Zusammenfassung 2030 werden nahezu alle Menschen und Maschinen in Teams arbeiten. Diese Teams haben verschiedene neue Aspekte, zum Beispiel welche Rollen die KI und der Mensch im Teamgefüge spielen können. Die Zielsetzung für den Einsatz von KI in Teams werden Team-Erfolg und Erhalt der Leistungsfähigkeit des Teams sein. Weiterhin werden typischerweise Angestellte eine persönliche KI für ihr Wohlbefinden und Leistungsvermögen haben.
