Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der zunehmende Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz zur kosten- und nachhaltigkeitsorientierten Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse führt zu einer Umstrukturierung der Arbeitswelt innerhalb der produzierenden Industrie. Beschäftigte vor Ort verwandeln sich zum Orchestrator einer Vielzahl von autonom agierenden Anlagen auf Basis der Datenanalyse. Die hierfür notwendige Expertise und zugrunde liegende Datenbasis fehlt jedoch und hindert ein vollständiges Heben der Potenziale von KI. Ein Datenaustausch über die Unternehmensgrenzen hinweg innerhalb eines souveränen Datenraums ist erforderlich, um die aktuellen und zukünftigen Herausforderungen der KI-geprägten Arbeitswelt 2030 zu lösen. Dieser Beitrag setzt sich daher mit den Aufgaben und Funktionen plattformgestützter Datenmarktplätze, deren zu entwickelnder Architektur sowie dem nötigen Rechtsrahmen auseinander, um die Menschen in der Arbeitswelt 2030 für fortschrittliche KI-Analysen zu befähigen.
