Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Studie von Frey und Osborne (2013) und vergleichbare haben große Substitutionspotenziale bei bestimmten Tätigkeiten und Berufen durch die Digitalisierung ermittelt. Daraus Arbeitsmarkteffekte abzuleiten ist aber nicht unmittelbar möglich, weil die konkrete Gestaltung neuer Technologien durch ethische, rechtliche, soziale, kulturelle, institutionelle und wirtschaftliche Faktoren geprägt wird. Um negative Auswirkungen zu vermeiden, nehmen Beschäftigte mit Unterstützung von Betrieben die sich ihnen bietenden Chancen der Weiterbildung wahr. Darüber hinaus muss KI aber auch als Technologiepotenzial verstanden werden, dessen konkrete soziale Wirksamkeit in Betrieben von unterschiedlichen Bewertungen sowie arbeitsorganisatorischen Umsetzungsformen abhängt (vgl. u. a. Hirsch-Kreinsen et al., 2018). So sollen in dem zweiten Teil organisatorische Gestaltungsalternativen aufgezeigt werden, die wiederum auf die Beschäftigungsentwicklung und Chancen für Weiterbildung zurückwirken.
