Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Artikel zeigt häufige Probleme in der Entwicklung von KI-Systemen (künstliche Intelligenz) auf, wie beispielsweise grundsätzliche Missverständnisse zwischen Anwenderseite und KI-Entwicklungsseite. Diese entstehen durch Defizite an interdisziplinärer Kollaboration sowie Kommunikation und können langfristig zu unerwünschten Folgen für Beschäftigte oder die Gesellschaft als Ganzes führen. Als Strategie zur Vermeidung dieser und anderer Missverständnisse und der Umsetzung von KI im Sinne eines verantwortungsvollen Innovationsprozess wird ein Prozessmodell vorgeschlagen, welches als Praxisleitfaden für den Einsatz von KI in der Arbeitswelt dienen kann.
