Abstract

Zusammenfassung Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) verbreitet sich rasant und durchdringt nahezu alle Bereiche unseres Lebens – ob in Form von Chatbots, Newsfeeds, Sprachassistenten oder selbstfahrenden Autos. Auch in der wirtschaftlichen Arbeitswelt findet KI immer mehr Anwendungsfelder. Neben der Ausnutzung der Vorteile von KI-Technologie zur Verbesserung der Geschäftsleistung sollten sich Unternehmen in Zukunft auch intensiv mit den damit verbundenen Risiken auseinandersetzen. Vor dem Hintergrund der Anwendung von KI bei der Deutschen Telekom erläutern die Autoren in diesem Beitrag, warum Vertrauen in KI so wichtig ist und welche Ansätze für Unternehmen in Zukunft entscheidend sein werden, um Risiken zu minimieren und KI vertrauenswürdig einzusetzen.
