Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Reichweite des Mitbestimmungsrechtes nach § 87 Abs. 1 Nr. 6 BetrVG ist in der Vergangenheit durch die Rechtsprechung sehr extensiv ausgelegt worden. Die Entscheidungen der Rechtsprechung aus der Vergangenheit erschweren die Einführung moderner KI-Systeme in den Unternehmen erheblich. Damit setzt sich dieser Beitrag kritisch auseinander und stellt Lösungsansätze für ein praxis- und zeitgerechtes Mitbestimmungsrecht vor.
